All software architectures, mockups, invoices, documents, source codes, and communications uploaded to or accessible via this portal are confidential and proprietary intellectual property of Kalunga Tech and/or its clients. Unauthorized redistribution, publishing, or sharing of any portal materials is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
4. Limitation of Liability
Services, code repositories, and portal systems are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind. Kalunga Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or deliverables.

Kalunga Tech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms. We reserve the right to terminate access to the portal for users who violate these conditions.
